Thomas Stiltz has been painting portraits for over 15 years and has earned an international reputation for his work.  He uses an old world technique of applying layer upon layer of color glazes which produces rich, luxurious color.  He has developed a method for achieving unparalleled detail that creates authentic and hyper-realistic portraits.
